Key Ingredients
Hyaluronic acid
In Skin Perfection Moisturiser we use hyaluronic acid with an ultra-low molecular weight: 3000 – 5000 Da, which penetrates the stratum corneum of the skin. Together with collagen, it is a key component of the so-called intercellular matrix and has a great ability to attract water molecules. It keeps the skin properly moisturised and firm.
Lactobionic acid
It has a strong moisturising effect, increases the elasticity of the skin, supports the epidermal barrier and the cell renewal process, exfoliates the superficial layers of stratum corneum cells.
Coenzyme Q10
It is one of the very powerful antioxidants that increases cellular oxygenation. It has the property of penetrating all the way into the dermis and increasing its resistance to oxidative stress. Stimulates collagen synthesis, reduces wrinkles, lightens spots and discolouration.
Jojoba Oil & Argan Oil
Jojoba oil prevents dehydration, helps rebuild the skin’s natural hydrolipid film and is excellent at moisturising and smoothing the skin, preventing it from drying out again. Argan oil has a revitalising effect and promotes cell renewal. It has a rejuvenating effect on the skin, preventing the premature appearance of wrinkles, smoothing out wrinkles that have already formed, as well as preventing their recurrence. These oils work well for sensitive, atopic, dry and mature skin.
Squalane
It facilitates the transport of active ingredients deep into the skin. It is a hydrogenated form of a natural component of the skin’s protective lipid layer, moisturizes and strengthens, slightly greases without clogging pores. A powerful antioxidant that protects the skin’s lipid structures from oxidation and free radicals.
Vitamin E
The most biologically active form of vitamin E, D-tocopherol, is a powerful antioxidant that counteracts lipid oxidation. Application to the skin significantly reduces its acute reaction to UV radiation (erythema and swelling).
D-Panthenol
It easily penetrates the skin and converts into vitamin B5, which is a humectant and stimulates lipid synthesis to improve the epidermal barrier. It also activates fibroblast proliferation and epidermal renewal and is used to treat sun-induced changes (photo-ageing).
Alpha Bisabolol
It has a soothing and calming effect as well as increases the penetration of active substances through the stratum corneum, stimulates skin cell renewal, reduces signs of the ageing process and contributes to faster regeneration. It has properties that reduce discolouration.
